Energy Savings Programme

Energy Savings Programme > What Is It? > How It Works

This Energy Savings Programme will integrate the Optimised Energy Solutions concept into your existing energy management practice, using the application of a smart tool (optimisation tool) during optimisation analysis for decision support to determine ‘best’ energy investment opportunities. Also with the collaboration of the company’s internal energy management team there is the development of a bespoke energy optimisation plan, enabling the company to make certain before action is taken on selected  energy improvement measures.

The finalisation of this scope of work will be an agreed optimisation plan. This will outline with certainty and with the agreement of all stakeholders the ‘best value’ energy improvement measure to be implemented first.

The Energy Savings Programme is based on a series of workshops, site inspection, data collection, hands-on training, analysis and development of agreed plan of action. The programme is carried out in collaboration with your energy management staff to enable them to be trained in the process and empowered to manage future energy savings programme using the optimisation tool and techniques.

Programme launch /structured client brief/ programme objectives.
